Emre is a tech-savvy, customer- and people-centric senior technology business engineer venerated for his 24 years of experience in digital, business and technology consulting. His expertise spans the entire industry and operations, from complex system implementation and business and technology transformation to product/software development lifecycle.    

Emre is an esteemed technology & digital business leader and subject-matter expert on digital and technology transformations. He has a proven track record of building capabilities through developing, mentoring and leading top-performing teams. Credited with setting up business practices in the execution of end-to-end business and consulting services to advance a company's competitive position, he has helped grow market shares, boost profitable revenue, increase a client's value, and exceed performance expectations. Emre graduated from Bosphorus University with a degree in Computer Engineering.    

Funda has 23 years of experience in the Information Technology and Solutions industry. Her focus on market development and governance roles in complex customer-centric solutions allows her to maximize customer revenue, increase efficiency, reduce cost and create loyal customers for the brand through digital transformation by utilizing the Cloud, mobile, social, IoT, and Customer Experience solutions.    

Funda graduated from Hacettepe University Business Administration Department, started her career in the banking industry and moved to Technology and Solutions industry in 1997. She has worked in several positions locally and globally in technology, platform vendors and consulting companies.    

Dilge is a seasoned People enthusiast with a background in technology startups. Before joining DefineX, she served startup technology companies undergoing rapid expansions as the first-ever senior-level HR. Throughout her career, she’s built HR departments from the ground up to implement HR standards and compliance and designed high-performing strategies and executable solutions to support organizational design, feedback cycles, recruitment, compensation and benefits, leadership development, and employee engagement.    

She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of York and a Master’s in Science Degree in organizational behavior from the University of London.    

Dilge is a member of the Human Resources Professionals Association in Ontario (HRPAO), Canada. She is an ICF-accredited Erickson Solution-Focused Coach and the founder of the Lean X Women in Turkey circle with a mission of empowering women in Turkey of any age to develop their professional careers and live to their full potential. 

Melkon has 21 years of experience in the Information Technology and Banking industry. He is a technical delivery lead responsible for defining solution architecture and roadmaps in a global context. His successful execution of contract management has a proven track record of managing and monitoring budgets, forecasting capacity and resource planning, building and leading effective technical and functional teams, ensuring scope control, implementing total security and compliance requirements and delivering high-quality large transition projects on time and within budget to a client's satisfaction.

Melkon's key specialities are IT Transformation Design and Implementation, Program/Project Management, Client Management, IT Business Alignment, Internet Banking and Custom Application Development. Melkon graduated from Istanbul University in 1996.

Savaş holds an M.Sc. and a B.Sc. degree from METU's Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department. His market expertise lies mainly in Banking, Insurance, Capital Markets, and FMCG.

Her main ambition has been to contribute to businesses by combining deep insight with understanding how technology will impact industry and business models. Her career experience spans from designing business and operating models to overseeing and executing transformation programs. She has spearheaded various projects in different banking and insurance domains with an established track record of driving increased revenue, productivity, efficiency, performance and customer satisfaction.

Esra holds an MBA from Koç University and BA in Business Administration from Marmara University.

Efe is a technology consulting professional with 11+ years of experience architecting and delivering complex transformation programs in the financial services and telecommunications industries. He builds digital platforms, next-generation architectures, technology strategy roadmaps, and operating models. His expertise enables companies to become high-velocity enterprises.    

He leads the Technology Consulting practice of DefineX with a team of highly skilled technology strategists and consultants, providing services on Digital Transformation, Technology Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, and IT Governance. He is a specialist in Enterprise Architectures, Cloud Native Technologies, SOA and Microservices Architectures, Domain-Driven Design, Enterprise Integration, API Management, and Business Process Management. He has experience in several large-scale technology transformations, application modernization, and systems integration programs.     

Efe holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Bilkent University.    

Serkan is a Technology Architecture Delivery Senior Manager with more than 14 years of experience in the IT Industry.

He has eight years of development experience with packaged and custom applications in the BSS/OSS domain. He has performed end-to-end delivery with different technologies and designed and delivered a platform or product's architectural components (i.e., development, operations, execution, application). He has implemented activities to maximize efficiency through architectural optimizations, eradication, and enabling automation.

Serkan holds an MBA from Baskent University and BS in Computer Engineering from Baskent University in June 2005.

Serkan has 11+ years of operational consulting experience in telecommunications, automotive, electronics retailing, banking and insurance. Serkan currently leads the Telco practice of DefineX. He is an SME around Integration Architecture involved in various Enterprise Integration, Business Process Management, and API Management projects.

Serkan holds a BSc in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Bilkent University.

Eren is an experienced consultant with 15+ years of experience. His primary focus is on financial services and leading various projects to reduce costs or increase bottom-line growth.

Eren graduated from Koc University with a BSc in Computer Engineering.

Güray is passionate about building and delivering meaningful products and experiences for people through digital platforms. He has been able to do this on the client and agency sides for leading local and international companies working with extraordinary teams.    

Güray started his career as a marketeer managing great brands like Adidas and Turkcell. Having spent much of his time in the Internet and telecom industries, he joined 4129. He helped it to transition from a fast and bright startup to a world-class digital marketing agency with a scalable structure, well-defined processes, and outstanding human capital.    

He is now leading Digital Revenue Services for DefineX.

Leman is a Talent Acquisition Lead at DefineX. She focuses on growing DefineX team successfully. She developed and currently runs the Talent Acquisition program at the company. Previously she was a Technology Principal at Accenture with more than 10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. She mainly focused on CRM and System Integration programs. She graduated from Başkent University with a BSc in Industrial Engineering. 

Rana is an accomplished Marketing and Communications Lead with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results. With extensive experience in consulting, SAAS, and technology industries across the EMEA region, Rana is a skilled strategist and an innovative thinker.

Her expertise spans a broad range of marketing disciplines, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM), Martech, Digital Marketing, Employer branding, and Thought Leadership. She excels in developing and executing integrated marketing programs that drive demand, increase revenue, and enhance brand reputation.

Rana holds an MBA from Bilgi University and a Master of Marketing Communication from Galatasaray University.

Ziya has significant expertise in supply chain and transformation programs. He drives solutions in supply chain management and logistic applications, utilizing his 22+ years of business experience implementing large-scale projects and managing and building teams. He led several crucial projects in the industrial equipment & automotive industry.

Beltan brings 20+ years of experience, focusing on telecommunication clients, financial services companies, and software vendors. He has worked and supported various clients worldwide, including Germany, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Kuwait, the Republic of South Africa, Romania, and Azerbaijan.      

He has shaped and driven complex business and technology transformation programs. Beltan has extensive experience in aligning technology strategy and plans to business objectives, defining enterprise-wide architectures and roadmaps in the global context, and business process redesign, measurement, and optimization. He is skilled in product management (strategy creation, concept generation, customer and technical verification) and engineering / R&D (technology planning, system design, product development, non-functional excellence, and product introduction). Recently, he led the creation of Maslak Digital Service Hub (maslak.io) and ParaPlus (paraplus.app), from strategy creation and concept generation to engineering and product launch.

Currently, he is helping technology service providers transform into as-a-Service businesses.

Cansen is the managing director and growth agenda owner of DefineX Middle East Consulting. She is dedicated to establishing the regional footprint, growing business successfully based on trust and client value creation. Ex-Strategy & Consulting Principal Director in Accenture Middle East, with 10 years of experience in Accenture Turkey and plus 5 years in Accenture Middle East, specialized in Financial Services Industry (Banking & Insurance), with additional 4 years pre-Accenture experience in Turkey.

She has large scale digital transformation program leadership, business strategy, design & delivery leadership experience in leading Financial Services organizations in Middle East.           

The Lead of Controllership with 7+ years of experience in finance, İpek has a passion for exploring the financial dynamics of companies and setting up the financial systems and tools for management reporting, accounting, budgeting, pricing, and costing. İpek has a great deal of experience in the company’s financial accounting, financial control, audit processes, and affiliate relationships.    

She graduated from Marmara University with a BSc in Econometrics.    

Throughout his 20+ year career, Egemen has worked as a strategy or digitalization consultant with leading companies. He has a proven history of working on international and multidisciplinary projects and businesses.    

His consultancy services for corporate strategy and strategic IT reorganization and digitalization have spanned fifteen years in leading companies across the automotive, food and delivery, pharmacy, and retail sectors.    

Due to his background and proven international track record, Yeditepe University, a reputable university in Istanbul, Turkey, invited him to lecture as an academic instructor for the Executive MBA Knowledge and Innovation Management program. At Yeditepe University, he lectured for five years on corporate strategy and creativity for innovation management.      

He has been working as a managing partner for F+ Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of Fark Holding. F+ Ventures is a Thematic Venture Capital fund investing in smart mobility applications.     

Egemen is now responsible for expansion throughout the USA as the US CEO for DefineX.    

Egemen is married and the proud father of Mira, his 8-year-old daughter. He loves chess. In addition to technology, his passion is dancing the tango. 

Alperen is a Technology Architecture Consulting professional, experienced in delivering complex Architecture Transformations, designing Next Generation Technology Roadmaps and Operating Models. He is a business and customer goal-oriented techie, always questioning "Why" and "How" to deliver "What" in projects.

Works with delivery teams and always drives for the best experience for employees and customers, maximizing productivity and efficiency. Extended experience in Financial Industry, and with Energy, Retail, IT Provider Services industries on Data Center & Technology Strategy, Architecture Transformation, Architecture Roadmap, and Delivery.

Alperen holds a B.S in Electronics Engineering degree from Istanbul Technical University.

He has acquired experience in technology transformation strategy, workflow analysis, product rationalization, product-oriented mindset, governance structure design, and technology blueprint assessment in several large-scale projects in Banking, Telecommunications, and Automotive industries. Passionate about learning new technologies and applying them to find optimized solutions to various complex digital & technology business problems.

Doğutan Tiftikci is a technology consultant within DefineX, with 3 year of professional experience. Skilled at analyzing and enhancing systems, infrastructure, and frameworks to accelerate business goals.
