Multi-Channel Enablement for A Leading Turkish Bank

We created a multi-channel development program to increase the speed of time-to-market by transforming digital channels into a marketplace for all delivery teams.

Business Challenge

The banking domains of our client were highly dependent on central teams to implement their banking products to digital channels like mobile application (IOS, Android etc.) or Bank website. Whenever there was an update or a new product appeared, they needed to request a central team to add their programs to these channels.

Our client, the second largest private bank with its consolidated assets, is an integrated financial services group operating in every segment of the banking sector including corporate, commercial, SME, payment systems, retail, private and investment banking together with its subsidiaries in pension and life insurance, leasing, factoring, brokerage and asset management, besides international subsidiaries in Europe.
How we helped?

By partnering with the Client, we created a Multi-Channel Development Program.

Our aim was;
- To enable every banking team to develop and implement their own products to digital channels.
- To End dependency to the central team, increasing the speed time-to-market
- To transform Digital Channels becoming a marketplace for all delivery teams

We centralized all web component catalogs for different channels like web, mobile etc. Assisted onboarding team to create high-complexity technical components to improve capabilities of Multichannel Development.
Also, we helped create alignment with the new Architectural Transformation Program.
